Tony Pallot Health and Safety Training and Management Services Ltd came about with the intention to de mystify health and safety for both employers and employees.

This ethos is relevant for both training courses and consultancy services provided.

It is my intention to maintain this outcome despite the laws, regulations and approved codes of practice leading to considerable interpretation.

Employers and employees need clarity to have the”peace of mind” and assurance that they are doing all they can to firstly prevent accidents but also to mitigate the legal consequences associated with an accident and injury.

It is therefore important to seek competent advice to achieve the right outcome. I am proud of achieving status of  Chartered Member of IOSH and full member of IIRSM together with my instructor and assessor qualifications.

My associate trainers are vetted for competence to ensure they are leading experts in their discipline thus ensuring highest standards are maintained.

Since January 2018 we have launched a suite of online training courses. This offers customers the benefits of training from their own workplace where possible.
